PCA Hydrating Toner

A unique triple-action formula that contains actives with skin hydrating, antioxidant and soothing properties. It is formulated with Sodium PCA – a natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that is able to help skin attracts, binds and retains moisture in skin, significantly boosting skin hydration. DIRECTIONS
Apply with a cotton pad. Wipe gently over face and neck in upward and outward movement, after cleansing. To follow with further treatment. Ideal for day and night use.
